Meagan Wiggins

Meagan Wiggins holds credentials from National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Body Arts & Science International (BASI) and American Council on Exercise (ACE). Her interest as a Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, and educator began from a passion of human movement and how it relates to a functional life style. Meagan’s fifteen years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry continue to motivate and encourage her clientele and other trainers. She fell in love with the details and technique of exercise as a science and incorporates that in her training style as a means to get someone to their goal or live a pain free life.

Meagan’s love of the detail and complexity of the body allows her to see each person and their unique habits clearly, and how to gradually bring that body to a more strong and balanced state. She has successfully worked with people whom have lost mobility through accidents, injuries, surgery and who suffer from various diseases. Meagan is always looking for ways to integrate new fitness challenges into her workouts while maintaining the Functional, Strength, Core, and Balance philosophy/training.

As an enthusiastic and creative individual, Meagan has continually recognized the importance of being diversified when training her clients and is committed to keeping her group classes’ up-tempo and challenging. In private sessions she is able to sympathize with individuals with rehabilitation needs as well as help those who want to reach personal goals and maximize their physical fitness.
