
Pilates has been a therapeutic, strengthening and energizing presence in Cori's life. After 13 years as a competitive soccer player, pilates has provided her the opportunity to continue her spirit of athleticism through a challenging discipline that immensely benefits both the mind and body.
The practice of pilates has directly contributed to Cori's health and happiness, and has kept her free of the chronic back pain that resulted from a fracture to her spine during a snowboarding accident. In addition to maintaining the health of her spine, pilates has helped to enhance the hobbies that Cori enjoys outside of the studio such as surfing, hiking and cycling.
It is Cori's goal to provide each and every client with the sense of renewed energy, grace and total wellness that she has discovered in pilates. With her comprehensive training through Body Arts and Science International, Cori appreciates every opportunity to share what she has learned with her clients. She looks forward to continuing her education and growth within the discipline through the study of pilates-based rehabilitation methods.
