The Pilates Equipment
Each piece is specially designed and has an entire repertoire of exercises ranging from basic to very advanced.
The Universal Reformer
The reformer is a padded table equipped with a foot bar pulley springs, ropes and a sliding carriage. Proper form and technique give an always challenging & satisfying work out. Used in privates semis, and group reformer classes.
The Cadillac
Padded table with springs enables the body to move360 degrees. Strengthens and stretching exercises. Used in privates & semi-privates.
The Ladder Barrell
Used individually, assists the body in stretching & strenghting.
The Wunda Chair
One of the more difficult machines to master- many exercises involve lifting you entire body weight.
